For subscription services (e.g., CCRemote Relay):

  • Full refund of the current billing period within 14 days of charge
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Paddle account
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time after the 14-day window
