Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using software products ("Software") provided by Łukasz Szyszkowski Wisecorner ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Software.

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

For one-time purchase licenses, you receive a perpetual license to use the version purchased. For subscription-based features, access is granted for the duration of your active subscription.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Transfer your license to another person or entity

5. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must purchase a license to continue using the Software. We reserve the right to limit trials to one per user or device.

7. Updates and Support

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software at our discretion. One-time purchase licenses include free updates for the lifetime of the product. We provide support via email but do not guarantee response times.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wrocław, Poland.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
